Duties include:

  • Input detailed item attribute information/enrichment into the system to create and track items
  • Communicate with buying office on discrepancies
  • Complies with data governance policies
  • Ensures depiction association for items to be photographed
  • Maintain item updates and adjustments through full life-cycle
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies between in-store and online items
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with assigned buying divisions
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Previous experience in retail or other fast-paced environment
  • Must be analytical, articulate, and organized
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office properties
  • Able to quickly learn computer systems and functionality
  • Strong follow up and follow through to ensure all tasks are fully completed
