Position

Mission Statement

The Division Program Manager is responsible for driving trade-related program execution within a specific Division for the company’s full portfolio of brands. This role works in partnership with distributor Trade Marketing, local Sales teams and Region Marketing Team to create local and account plans, calendars, account activations, and manages the local A&P budget, deployment of Posm and Vap throughout the entire market for all brands while driving Luxury execution across the portfolio at the division level.

Main Responsibilities

Program Execution:

  • Ensure that programs are implemented on time and in alignment with national brand guidelines and Mh luxury standards, optimizing customer engagement and driving awareness & desirability for all brands within the MhUsa portfolio.
  • Adjust plans as needed within Brand Guidelines for local relevance.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of Mh key customers strategy along to build annual and seasonal programming plans to drive high-impact & high-quality execution of all trade-related programs across all channels.

Marketing and Program Planning:

  • Partner with distributor Trade Marketing, Division Sales teams, E-Retail team, Region Marketing, external agencies and local accounts to create trade-oriented programming plans that address strategic opportunities and competitive threats within the market, ensuring alignment with national brand plans and programs.
  • Planning for short term and long term programs across the portfolio.
  • Work with stakeholders on market visits, innovation launches, training and sampling. Identify custom local opportunities such as events, promotions and partnerships
  • Dpm is responsible for collating all marketing information from Rmbs/Brand teams and communicating to the Division in a timely matter

Asset Management:

  • Manage trade-related assets and program support materials for all brands within a specific market. Lead the planning and ordering of all Posm as well as any custom materials and ensure proper deployment and usage. Partner with Market Managers and Region Operations on Vap planning and ordering.

Communication:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with Region Brand Managers, Region Sales, distributors, external agencies, and local accounts to ensure alignment of programming plans and execution within the market for all brands. Present annual and seasonal programs to distributors and local accounts.

Budgeting:

  • Develop local Dpm budgets, ensuring proper allocation of A&P and optimized use of resources. Track and manage adherence to financial plans. Partner with Market Managers on proper planning and deployment of Sales Promotion budgets.

Insights and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present quarterly activation decks and other market and program-related reports to communicate competitive intelligence, Roi, target accounts, etc. to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

Training:

  • Conduct onboarding and brand / product training for Specialists and Samplers, as necessary.

Other:

  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions or duties as assigned.
  • Be the luxury expert on all program executions and consumer-focused activations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills needed.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required:

Education: Undergraduate Degree

Languages: English

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience combining sales, marketing and/or brand management.
  • Experience managing luxury brands
  • Wines and spirits industry knowledge preferred

Skills:

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills required.
  • Highly refined organizational skills and experience managing a substantial number of projects and details, simultaneously, are a must.
  • Delivers customer-centric solutions in partnership with Distributor and internal stakeholders
  • Creates partnerships with customers, distributor and internal stakeholders; identifies some ways to build and strengthen these relationships.
  • Consistently achieves results, builds a strong sense of urgency to exceed goals and beat deadlines, and ensures that the team pushes through obstacles and establishes a superior track record.
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
