Position

General Purpose of the Position

The role of a Guest Service Advisor is to provide superb customer service by leading the customer journey across all touch points, in-store and remote, elevating the customer experience with the ultimate goal to foster loyalty and boost customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing in an effective and seamless way all customer service procedures, policies, and standards defined by the Customer Service Manager
  • Maintain and organize the aftercare guest inquires and oversee all steps involved in the process, from identifying the needs to the completion of the product
  • Timely respond to all customer service inquires/issues assigned and follow problems through to resolution
  • Support Customer Service Manager and Store Team to execute curated customer experience in-store and outside (Branding events, in store trunk-shows, pop-ins, caravans, etc.)
  • Nurture clients’ relationship by constantly interacting with store guests to ensure their needs are being met
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience is offered in all touch points (return, refund, credit, shipping, etc.)
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
  • Be responsible for customer master data cleaning, maintenance, updates, filling, merge duplicated profiles
  • Support Client Advisors in executing best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique and personalized experiences
