Position

General Purpose of the Position

The Assistant Client Advisor is the ultimate Brand Ambassador. They are a consummate professional with the ability to assist and engage, in the support of the Client Advisor and the Loro Piana client. They will support the Client Advisor on how to strategize and build their client book on a regular basis. They will work towards achieving the store’s overall sales goal and KPIs set by the Store Manager. In addition, they are a team player having a positive attitude, working alongside their colleagues and Store Manager finding solutions to contribute to achieving the overall store goal. The Assistant Client Advisor strives to be associated with a unique luxury company that is dedicated to delivering: exquisite craftsmanship, timeless design, offering the rarest and precious raw materials and unique and personalize guest experiences to the most discerning in the world.

Responsibilities

Sales and Team

  • Responsible for supporting sales process following the Company standards (Loro Piana Selling Ceremony)
  • Responsible for achieving personal goals and assisting overall store monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stays aware and maintains tracking of self-performance
  • Is proactive in actively supporting Client Advisors, and guests when Client Advisor is out of the business
  • Always provides and maintains a high level of customer service
  • Works as a team player always, supporting if needed
  • Support Client Advisors in executing best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique and personalized experiences

Client Management/CRM

  • Ensures the after-sales service is handle with care and efficiency
  • Escalates customer issues to the Store Manager so that all matters are taken care of properly
  • Support Client Advisors with new client outreach, as well as consistent follow up with the Client Advisor and or customer requests and inquiries
  • Supports to ensure that the necessary customer data is being captured to support and contribute to the CRM reporting strategy
  • Support Client Advisor in cultivating new and existing client with on-going communication: using personalized handwritten notes, phone calls, emails and embracing the client app
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique and personalized experiences

Product

  • Must maintain understanding of the brand’s product knowledge for all product categories to best service client preferences
  • Supports the utilization an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels
  • Ensures the appropriate care of product in the store i.e., replenishment, cleanliness, tidiness etc.

Visual

  • Helps to support display maintenance throughout the store, communicating to the Store Manager any call outs or issues

Stock

  • Is always aware on the store stock levels to optimize sales
  • Participates in all inventories and back of house maintenance for each product category

Thefts and losses

  • Respects the assigned position to prevent thefts and losses in cooperation with colleagues

Is attentive to any items missing, questionable behaviors in the store and any other anomalies that may affect business to promptly notify the Store Manager
