Job Description

Mission:

As an In-Store Executive you will be responsible to guarantee the excellence on the point of sale promotions by adapting Retail Design (in-store) Hq guidelines to the Travel Retail Americas channel.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Handle permanent project by adapting Brand Corporate designs to Travel Retail needs from initial brief to final installation. Regularly follow up projects with the Hq Brands Retail Permanent Image team (special requests and adaptations) and retailers.
  • Handle technical challenges (internally with the Hq team and externally with the supplier) and implementation logistics (deliveries, orders).
  • Handle assigned budget and suppliers quotations negotiation. Ensure high quality installations and costs optimization. Handle Maintenance of existing points of sales.
  • Homologate new suppliers. Supporting the execution of visual merchandising strategy in the point of sales. Understanding of the brands expectations and transmission to the team.
  • Planograms & visual calendar, adapting brand guidelines and working closely with the Field Supervisors to follow up the execution. Control of budget for permanent expenses and In-store tracking documents.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of working experience in retail projects / project management preferably for the luxury and beauty industry.
  • Project management / Negotiation skills and related software knowledge (Excel, Ppt).
  • Aesthetic sensibility and related design software knowledge (Autocad, Adobe Creative suite Sketchup).
  • Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design are required.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish. French is a highly appreciated.
