Job Description

Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure proper execution of talent acquisition strategies for the organization and its ongoing needs. This position will also support full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent and provide an elevated candidate experience. They will establish credibility as a trusted guide to business partners and leaders to provide purpose and direction through a clear, inspirational vision to drive great results.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional expertise and support in the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of benching top talent
  • Maintain a metrics-driven organization to arrive at actionable insights into the effectiveness and impact of talent programs and processes
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning and identify training needs for Retail & Corporate populations
  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction
  • Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring
  • Support in the management of job descriptions, job requisitions, employee referral program, and promote newly added career opportunities to ensure effective results
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan
  • Support talent acquisition by recruiting full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
  • Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start Work closely with the Hr Team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates

Additional Information

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, retail and corporate experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred Proven success in identifying and recruiting top talent across all levels
  • Strong organizational skills, high level of efficiency, and ability to manage operations with precision and consistent follow through
  • Exceptional discretion, judgment, and critical thinking
  • Experience with talent sourcing technology
  • Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Foreign language skill a plus
