Job Description

Position

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Events Manager to devise event plans with a focus on organization and logistics, including budgets, schedules, run-of-shows, etc.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of all boutiques, retailer and corporate events both on and off-site to ensure all activations and initiatives are on-brand and implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Be responsible for the planning and execution of small-scale regional events both on and off-site to ensure these activations and initiatives are on-brand and implemented efficiently and successfully.
  • Work closely with the marketing team in the planning and execution of the global event marketing strategy
  • Provide onsite management of logistics, all production elements, guest lists, guest check-in, and any other needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during all events.
  • Coordinate and correspond with all event vendors to ensure all services are accurately rendered and completed time.
  • Follow up with all vendors to ensure accurate accounting and invoicing processes are followed
  • Attend planning meetings and walkthroughs with events team and event partners.
  • Assist boutiques and the marketing team with event proposals and post reports, of each brand activation including the collection and filing of all photos digitally, invoices, and other documentation for each brand activation and marketing initiative.

  • Assist in marketing strategy development
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of brands’ communication and guidelines.
  • Assists in the development of the event program calendar and ensure team is on track to meet all needs.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as maintaining event calendar, coordinate past event materials and recap
  • Run budget for small scale events and provide contributions to the month end reporting process.

Profile

This role will ideally suit an event/marketing senior coordinator, with the below requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required. Specialized in Events, Marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of direct event organization or related experience
  • Strong organization/multi-tasking and time leadership skills crafted to keep pace in a fast production setting
  • Strong interpersonal/communication/social skills with the ability to work congenially with other departments within the company
  • Professional-level demeanor with good verbal/written presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge with Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook is needed
  • Domestic travel across regional stores (up to 20% of travel time)
