Job Description

Here’s what we are looking for:

Communicate with Online Clients

  • Maintain communication through various digital channels: Email, Contact lists, Website live chat, Customer Care tickets and phone/text message
  • Submit feedback on Client sentiment to different working groups within the organization
  • Extend our Best-In-Class Harry Rosen Client experience to online customers

Digital Selling with proprietary app

  • Develop and commit to weekly productivity results including Target outreach, Harry Rosen App ‘Herringbone’ sales and conversation goals
  • Demonstrate holistic selling skills incorporating all departments and categories

Training & Loyalty Program

  • Promote the Sartoria Loyalty Program to all clients and educate clients on all aspects of the program
  • Complete all required training programs (i.e. Relationship-Based Selling, Clothesmanship, etc.)

Special Projects

  • Participate in Ad-hoc assignments as they arise within the Digital team

The successful candidate will have the following background/experience:

  • College Diploma/or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of overall experience with 3+ years in sales and customer service
  • Strong Client Service experience
  • Retail experience with fashion or footwear
  • A focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both on-line and in-store through consistent training
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • High detail orientation
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities under tight time constraints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results oriented
  • Positive with great attitude, capable to work under pressure at times
  • Passion for customer service/ecommerce best practices.
  • Able to work weekends.
  • Retail business experience an asset
