This Director, High Jewelry drives client relations and the client experience through developing and managing the high net worth, high potential client and customer experience strategy and continued expansion of our high jewelry sales for the Americas Region. The role will focus on further creating brand desirability through expansion of top client network and work to evolve in market, local and regional events with laser focus on client centricity. This individual will partner closely with Retail Leaders, Global Client Relations and High Jewelry, Brand Communications, Merchandising, Design and other functional partners to drive client activation, development and enhance the client experience.
