Job Description

Overview: The Remote Client Advisor will deliver the ultimate levels of Customer Service to all Tiffany clients they engage with. Across multiple communication channels.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver elevated, positive, and high-energy client experience aligned with Tiffany core Brand values and integrity, across phone, email, live chat channel
  • Consistently strive to deliver outstanding Customer service to resolve client issues as effectively as possible and with empathy. Escalate issues diligently to ensure prompt and client-centric resolution
  • Ensure passion for Tiffany is conveyed in every conversation and the desire to build long term client loyalty is conveyed
  • Initiate proactive, elevated, and relevant product recommendations for the client. Demonstrate and share with clients Brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge, to drive conversion, satisfaction and service levels
  • Get to know the clients and make a personal connection, collect relevant information that will support longer-term relationship building
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all time
  • Communicate with Passion and Authenticity, use elevated verbal and written language
  • Meet and exceed client, service, and commercial goals.

Required Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Passion for Tiffany and the luxury sector
  • Experience in luxury Customer services (retail, travel, hospitality)
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms
  • Ability to multitask – handling phone, email and live chat platforms
  • Flexibility to work varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or Ged required

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A college/university degree
  • Spanish or Mandarin a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
