The Wfj Crm & Client Development Team operates as a strategic and creative thought partner to the division, creating targeted client pathways to drive client engagement and retention. We are seeking a Manager of Crm & Client Development to join our team. You will play a leading role in implementing relational programs as well as transforming data into actionable insights to further the client strategy.

What impact you can create at Chanel

  • Implement Crm & Client Development Programs:
    • Oversee the client communication calendar in partnership with the other divisions to enhance the client experience through targeted and personalized outreach
    • Implement & manage 1:1 and 1:Many client programs to drive retention and engagement
      • Including but not limited to overseeing direct mailings, email campaigns, retention programs, client gifting, and clienteling initiatives

    • Partner with the retail teams to drive clienteling strategy

  • Extract Insights & Share Knowledge
    • Leverage Crm database to extract key client insights for business partners and management
    • Develop regular reporting of client metrics to help drive client strategy and identify areas of opportunity across the network
    • Execute response and Roi analysis for Crm & Clienteling programs
    • Partner with divisional counterparts to align on client Kpis and develop a cohesive client journey

  • Database & Operational
    • Manage Crm materials, including order forms and network distribution
    • Oversee data integrity and quality of the client database, inclusive of support on global database integration
    • Support Group Director on management of annual Crm budget

Position Logistics:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, luxury background preferred
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in project management a plus
  • Hybrid (2 days remote)
