Your work environment
The retail operations manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness of the retail stores in specific area. This individual is also responsible for developing, leading and executing the operations strategy for their region in close partnership with other retail operations managers in north America, the retail excellence team and corporate partners in north America and global hq. You will have regional and north America responsibilities and be part of the retail excellence team.
