The NET-A-PORTER and MR Porter Personal Shopping team are now seeking a talented Content Creator to join the team based in our offices in New York. The Content Cretor will support the Personal Shopping team in exceeding their sales and service objectives, by creating compelling content to captivate our EIPs.
Act as a liaison between our Buying Team and the Personal Shoppers to proactively create content based on product deliveries.
Gathers information and materials needed from designated individuals to accomplish tasks.
Creates PowerPoint templates to create beautiful and legible presentations for our sales department.
Requirements to use creative instincts to develop engaging concepts to fulfil client expectations.
Proactively update Personal Shoppers on any delayed deliveries.
Works closely with the studio to ensure photography is completed in a timely manner
The role will involve using feedback from colleagues to sharpen writing skills and create finished pieces that attract and persuade.
Understanding client specifications to craft copy that is on brand
Producing creative ideas for innovative campaigns
Liaise with merchandisers to confirm local stock on future deliveries.
Partners with management to create a content schedule to ensure outreach is being done at least 5x per week.
Previous history with InDesign, MS PowerPoint and Photoshop
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurized environment
Great organizational skills
An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
