The role
As Finance Assistant, you will be a key member of the global Acne Studios Finance team, and based out of our Nyc Office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to experience all aspects of Finance, primarily focused on Accounts Payable and Payroll. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career as a Finance professional.
Your responsibilities include amongst other: accounts payable, payments, reconciliations, payroll administration and various other records. You will perform various general office responsibilities within the finance department, such as handling supplier contacts as well as ensuring up-to-standard transaction documentation.

As a person, it’s important that you’re able to work in an environment where there are a lot of things going on. We need you to be independent, prestige less and service minded. If you any earlier experience of accounts payable this will be very meriting.
Experience in programs such as Microsoft Dynamics (Ax), Medius, Adp Totalsource or workforce or comparable experience is desired but not required.
