Are you passionate about facilitation, instructional design, and content building?

Louis Vuitton Client Service Center is seeking a Training Manager for our campus in Irving, Tx! This role will play a critical role in building the capability of our dynamic team through the delivery of best-in-class learning solutions. This role is responsible for researching, developing, and designing creative training materials to drive a culture of learning and service to ensure the long-term effectiveness and adoption of training programs.

Profile

Successful candidates should have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of learning & development experience which includes creating curriculum and content designed for both classroom and virtual settings
  • Demonstrated instructional design ability, use of Addie model and core learning theories, frameworks, and assessments
  • Experience with evaluating and implementing learning solutions
  • Continuous learning mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms, etc.) and virtual instructor-led platforms (Teams or Zoom)
  • Background preferred in call centers, sales, marketing, and customer service training ideally gained in an environment that requires an elevated level of interaction with Clients
  • Ability to travel as needed
