Reporting to the Team Lead, the Coordinator, Studio Inbound/Outbound is responsible for the efficient flow of goods in and out of the studio. Working as part of a multidisciplinary e-commerce content production team, the Coordinator, Inbound/Outbound will focus on allocating workload to a team of Studio Assistants and coordinating the merchandise flow to meet production objectives, from the arrival of products in the studio to their return to stock. Working closely with all Studio functions and the Mini-Warehouse, this role requires a highly collaborative style and the ability to influence and motivate others to drive performance results.

Merchandise Management – 80%

  • Dispatch production workload to a team of studio assistants
  • Coordinate the receipt and return of products to and from the warehouse and ensure the accuracy of inventory and locations at all times
  • Monitor inbound volumes and report to the Team Lead on any delivery discrepancies
  • Ensure stock is organized and delivered in a timely manner to meet production timelines
  • Liaise with e-commerce studio production teams to establish effective communication of updates
  • Ensure the on-time delivery of customer orders from the studio to the warehouse according to company Slas
  • Respond to and correct any quality control issues in a timely fashion, such as inaccurate product information, defects or damaged goods
  • Ensure care and handling guidelines are applied for all incoming and outgoing studio merchandise
  • Support loss prevention by quickly identifying and resolving merchandise issues, reporting any inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor supply requirements and report on any departmental needs to ensure timely replenishment (including merchandise supplies, racks, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the preparation room, ensuring adequate maintenance of equipment and adherence to 5S strategy
  • Perform production and quality data entry as it relates to own work, maintain Kpis, and inventory dashboards

Training and Development – 10%

  • Support the Team Lead with onboarding related tasks, help in developing training materials and participate in providing training to studio assistants on studio production tools and guidelines

Continuous Improvement – 10%

  • Collaborate in business initiatives to improve daily operations and productivity as it relates to production processes, standardization, and stock flow efficiency

Qualifications

  • College or University diploma in Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in coordination or logistics within a fashion or e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of textiles and garment care, an asset
  • Experience working with apparel, an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Knowledge of Wms systems, an asset
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, an asset
  • Must be open to working evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to walk 5 km per day with equipment and/or stand for extended periods, when required
