We seek a high caliber, operationally associated with a strong drive for results, an understanding of the luxury market, and a key focus on strategic, operational efficiency, and follow-through. The role will assist in all aspects of product flow, after-sales, loss prevention, health & safety, and administration. Additionally, you will help the team on all operational aspects of the business and partner with the broader management team to optimize operations while continuing to impact sales, customer service & stock management positively.
The successful candidate previously has a position in operations in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment. You must have expert knowledge of stock and procedures in a high-volume, dynamic environment, with extensive people management and development skills. Additionally, you will possess excellent organization and administration skills and advanced excel & computer skills.
