Job Description

Job mission

To collaborate, liaise and engage with boutique and corporate teams to drive consistency in Human Resource data, processes, and analytics to improve HR strategy and culture. This role will also provide dedicated support to the Corporate and Commercial leadership and employee groups regarding Covid-19 management. This includes, but is not limited to, contact tracing, Covid-19 reporting requirements by state, Covid-19 policy management and leading and participating in meetings pertaining to Covid-19 management.

Key Responsibilities

This is a key role within the Cartier North America Human Resources team and will be responsible for various responsibilities in support of the team’s goals, including but not limited to:

Covid-19 Management -Commercial & Corporate

Covid-19 Contact Tracing:

  • Contact employees and guide them through quarantine process and company policies regarding Covid-19
  • Debrief Commercial and Corporate management on each Covid-19 case within each respective population
  • Perform contact tracing to align with required process for each Covid-19 case identified
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on each case and contact tracing process
  • Provide guidance on communications to leadership or employee groups

Covid-19 Reporting:

  • Provide regular recaps to ExCo on cases by location
  • Support RNA H&S on reporting requirements by state
  • Maintain accurate and organized RNA Covid-19 cases and close contacts trackers
  • Partner with Benefits and legal to maintain accommodations for Corporate and Commercial related to Covid
  • Provide information to regulatory authorities if required
  • Take leading role in State/County/City requests related to Covid-19 in partnership with HRBP, legal & Health & Safety Teams
  • Maintain awareness and expertise on state & county mandates

Covid-19 Policy & Protocol Revisions & Updates:

  • Partnership with RNA leadership on updates to policies and protocols
  • Assist in rolling out policy updates to the network
  • Participation in CGC (Covid Guidance Committee) meetings as needed

HR administrative support

Oversee People Data Maintenance:

  • Build strong communication and partnerships with Boutique and Corporate leaders
  • Oversee and manage the request process for all HR employee data changes to include but not limited to role changes, promotions, demotions, pay updates, transfers and reporting changes
  • Complete all data transactions with high level of accuracy and timeliness
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP on open position and headcount requisition management in Sap
  • Ensure updates to temporary or consultant agreements are maintained
  • New hire onboarding/offboarding support; partner with It on needs for all systems access needs
  • Upkeep and creation of Org Charts
  • Provide support to all annual HR processes: Annual Reviews, Mid-Year & Talent reviews inclusive of communication administration, data cleanup in advance of processes and completion of data relating to processes
  • Support in the coordination and scheduling of employee roundtables, new hire check-in’s and exit interviews
  • ER coordination support, including scheduling of meetings and coordination of outreach

HR Compliance

  • Source, create and analyze boutique data and identify trends to support HRBP and talent strategy
  • Proactively identify and correct errors related to talent data in various data platforms
  • Support all data collection for Employee Visa and Immigration Processes
  • Ensure data transactions are compliant with city/county/state requirements by location
  • Partnership with legal partners to provide support and data for California Compliance training

Special Projects:

  • Liaise with Corp HR for reporting: pulling and organizing: Adhoc report requests, including Compensation, Compliance and Demographic reporting, training, and Exit reporting.
  • Provides administrative support to various events to include local and N.A. events

Qualifications:

  • BA/ BS degree
  • Aequired experience
    • 2+ years exp in Human Resources
    • Any industry or job experience

  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience with Sap preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, pivot and multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Demonstrates excellent judgement and personal accountability
  • Ability to analyze data and identify key themes and trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; positive team player
  • Effective follow through and strong communication skills
  • Works well independently and in a group setting, demonstrates high levels of integrity and accuracy
