Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and facilitate onboarding for new corporate employees onsite and remotely
  • Administer onboarding process for retail employees using Adp
  • Responsible to maintain an accurate personnel database (new hires, changes, transfers) in Adp and Success Factors
  • Support the talent recruitment process by sourcing candidates and schedule Interviews
  • Process background checks and draft offer letter for Hr Management
  • Coordinate Hr training initiatives
  • Support Benefits Specialist in wellness programs and Open Enrollment
  • Assist in ad-hoc Hr reports and projects
  • Responsible to create and send company announcement and internal communications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Employment & Laws and Regulations– Federal, State and Local
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and ability to conduct presentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with Adp Workforce Now and Success Factors is preferred
