Role Summary:

• 1st shift hours are Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
• Packing orders utilizing the Agile System
• Gift wrapping orders utilizing the Agile System
• Attention to detail and productivity are key, as well as positive attitude and flexibility
• Read and follow written instructions and follow system visual cues
• Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to cross train and perform duties in other areas

Key Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Ged required
• Must have an understanding of English language and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Must have basic math skills
• Must be able articulate verbal and written communication skills. Communicates in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels. Ensures manager is well informed on a consistent basis and comply with all company policies, including safety, productivity, and quality guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take ownership of assigned area. Good computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to operate the Agile packing system and other supporting systems as required
• Dependable, work with a sense of urgency. Demonstrated past performance containing high energy and delivering positive results
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
• Work well under pressure and time constraints
• Internal drive to exceed goals and expectations in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrates enthusiasm in a team environment to deliver positive results
• Ensure a safe working environment through compliance of building policies and procedures
• The incumbent is required to have sustainable physical requirements including but not limited to: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs. repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs repeatedly, manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to hear equipment and warning signals
• May operate warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires some coordinated movements
