Responsibilities

• The Director of Asset Protection is charged with the full oversight and accountability of all Asset Protection initiatives within the Distribution Center.
• Ensure that all company policies, local, state and federal laws are adhered to in the execution of internal and external theft investigations or inquiries
• Ensure overall store compliance to company guidelines and internal audit readiness.
• Provides leadership and management in the planning and installation of all physical security components and technology to insure installations meet all Asset Protection standards and budgets.
• Develops and executes strategic physical security initiatives utilizing the division’s capital and store budget to reduce exposure to loss.
• Coordinates and executes the implementation of physical security devices required for vendor/store renovations to ensure they meet Asset Protection standards.
• Strong collaborator capable of effectively negotiating and influencing internal and external business partners.
• Manage contracts and business relationships of all third party guards as well as the processing of associated invoices.
• Manages the Asset Protection division’s finances for all projects, vendors and purchases.
• Ensures all Asset Protection personnel within the distribution center are properly trained to corporate Ap standards enabling them to effectively execute their responsibilities and utilize the physical security equipment and technology that is being deployed.

You Also Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in project management and managing and executing to project budgets.
• Experience with Ip camera systems, access control, burglar alarm systems and other physical security devices.
