Job Description

Job Purpose

Christian Dior’s E-Merch Temp will support various eCommerce activities with a central focus on Site Merch, Omni-Channel and Business Reporting. This position will report directly to the Ecommerce Director and collaborate with the eCommerce Team working closely with Merchandising, CRM, Supply Chain, Media, Operations, and key HQ partners.

All candidates will be considered on a temporary to permanent basis.

Profile

Tasks And Responsibilities

Omni-Channel

  • Support e-commerce operations in the Us and Canada by supervising stock allocation for order fulfilment and optimizing stock and assortment
  • Key user on our Oms and project manage on-going evolutions
  • Partner with Omni-Channel Coordinator and e-Merch on product opportunities
  • Update daily/weekly/monitor reporting tools to track key KPIs and areas of opportunity
  • Monitor and enable order fulfillment with a goal of minimizing order cancellations
  • Review daily seasonal and permanent assortment
  • Initiate and follow up on all necessary stock transfers related to e-commerce activity
  • Track compliance for all transfer/rebalancing actions
  • Monitor stock shortages and partner with Supply Chain on replenishments

Additional Information

e-Merchandising

  • Implement site merchandising updates daily based on inventory, marketing calendar, key launches, and overall Merchandising Guidelines.
  • Maintain Dior.com product and content launch Calendar to ensure consistent experience.
  • Continuously monitor & report site bugs related to product and content displayed
  • Review and validate all product copy for collection launches and landing pages
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate information on all items
  • Orchestrate all online merch activities from beginning of showroom to collection launch
  • Partner with all teams to ensure all timelines and collection launch dates are met
  • Communicate Dior.com marketing calendar changes and updates on a regular basis to necessary cross functional teams.
  • Provide updates on competitors, including social media with specific callouts to innovations

Business & Site Analytics

  • Assist with producing weekly and monthly eCommerce Business Reviews
  • Create ad-hoc reports and slide decks for business presentations
  • Monitor business to achieve sales targets and assist with implementing best initiatives
  • Support management to provide analysis of the best and worst performing categories
