The Role

As an integral part of the Operations Team, the Assistant Operations Manager will provide support to the logistics function in cooperation with internal/external partners and the 3Pl, in order to plan and coordinate the operations related to inbound, outbound, and returns, monitoring the main Kpis and productivities.

What You’Ll Do

  • You will foster a strong working relationship within the Farfetch teams and with the 3Pl
  • You will ensure that 3Pl meets the Slas, facilitating clear daily communication
  • You will provide daily reporting of Kpi, including volumes, speed of sending, order cancellations, and stock loss, sharing this information internally and with the 3Pl in order to drive a high-performance culture.
  • You will provide weekly and monthly reviews of 3Pl productivity, identifying factors of underperformance and being proactive for improvements, encouraging maximum productivity.
  • You will research, develop and implement process improvements by seeking out areas of inefficiencies in both internal and external-facing processes.
  • You will provide direct support to the Partner Success department with actionable insights to improve partners’ performances.

Who You Are

  • You have a detailed understanding of warehouse operations; previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • You have previous experience working with a global team
  • You have strong attention to detail and investigative nature.
  • You can work under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • You are action orientated, with a good dose of common sense and problem-solving ability.
  • You are results driven and can think outside the box to drive continuous improvement.
  • You are comfortable learning new systems and being an ambassador for change.
  • You have autonomy and teamwork
  • You have strong Excel skills
