Job Description

Role Overview

This individual will provide support to the Chloe Rtw and footwear wholesale business. Responsible for supporting the category managers in daily account management activities; selling during sales markets; conducting trunk shows and product knowledge clinics, and providing customer service throughout the year. Internally, responsible for sales goals and reporting, administration of orders, and network productivity. Travel is required for this position, approximately 25% of the year.

Responsibilities

Contributes to overall Chloé America’s wholesale network:

Guarantees sales objectives:

  • Supports the division in achieving the sales targets for Rtw and Shoes for the Americas territories
  • Surpasses sales goals through active in-season selling and inventory management

Supports sales performance of the wholesale network:

  • Generates weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports for the division, Recognizes and acts on findings for business opportunities.
  • Works closely with in-store Dsas to reach sales targets
  • Partners with stake holders on marketing and editorial sample requests and tracking
  • Creates seasonal product knowledge presentations and buy layouts
  • Provides general customer service on department store and specialty store accounts, including Rtvs, reorders, shipping and style questions, etc.
  • Manages all domestic shipping updates for Us department stores and major specialty accounts
  • Acts as brand ambassador and manages relevant marketing actions, including store events, trunk shows, product knowledge trainings

Acts as region advocate with Hq:

  • Provides product feedback and collection debriefing
  • Communicates best-sellers, market needs and opportunities to Paris headquarters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Us market; luxury Rtw/footwear background preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly-organized self-motivator with an eye for fashion and trends
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Domestic and International travel is required for this position approximately 25% of the year
