Job Purpose:

Responsible for business strategy, buying process, allocation and distribution of products in the Americas Boutiques in accordance with total company strategic business plans.

Profile

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Communicate and partner very closely with Retail teams on client needs and day to day inquiries
• Support store openings, pop ups, product rotation and in-store events
• Work closely with corporate partners (Retail Performance, Communication & Image, Training, Visual Merchandising)
• Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics and needs through store visits and competitor analysis
• Define store assortment by product category and by store cluster
• Participate in buying sessions
• Actively communicate with the Paris central merchandising and supply chain team to provide feedback, outline needs of the market and discuss replenishment needs
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reporting
• Review weekly sales reports ensuring planned sales and stretch are achieved
• Work with Merchandising Sr Manager to implement action plans to ensure business targets are achieved
• Optimize proper inventory levels of merchandise in stores: track replenishment, weekly rebalancing and lead product flow
• Actively participate in High Jewelry events: ensure product flow, onsite presence and support of selling teams

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills (heavy excel workload)
