Job Description

Mission:

Support the General Manager and other Management members as a Business Partner with financial and managerial information and analysis to ensure efficient decision-making process and achievement of Business Objectives & financial KPI targets.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the annual budget planning and forecast processes.
  • Handling monthly business reviews (presentation of the performances and recommendations with focus on NS, GP, CTFC).
  • Performs monthly quantitative and qualitative analysis of unit performance, giving proper feedback to the Management Team and HQ.
  • Providing sales analysis, comments, trends by customers & brands.
  • Ensures the accuracy, completeness and exhaustiveness of financial records and proper documentation support in line with local legal requirements, Company’s processes and procedures.
  • Managing return on investment project analysis (by retailer, brand and project).
  • Implementing return on investments and analysis (Capex, Beauty Advisor, Temporary animations).
  • Optimizing investments and foster value creation search for the company.
  • Follow up Working Capital KPIs in particular DSO. Credit risk managing for Debt.
  • Ensuring accounting norms and internal audit are well implemented and respected.
  • Elaborating and presenting a 3 year plan (financial part), supporting the General Management (GM) strategy
  • Maintain appropriate internal financial controls across all operations following the Company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Controlling / Finance Business Partner positions in multinational companies, supporting the management team in driving decision making and business results.
  • Experience in Travel Retail will be considered a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, Accounting or Controlling, or equivalent/related field.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and Power Point, and in-depth knowledge of an ERP system (SAP Preferred).

  • Commercial controlling background, used to work as a business partner on negotiation scenario analysis, new projects, etc.
  • P&L per door capabilities to drive performance & profitability through KPI charts.
  • Ability to think strategically and move between large / small scale vision.
  • Displays seasoned judgement and high level of decision making.
  • Open to change and intellectually curious.
