Lead and manage the company’s marketing and e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and profitability goals. Support brand’s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure development and implementation of cohesive, innovative marketing programs adherence to brand guidelines.
- Create innovative programs to contribute to companies marketing initiatives and monitor effective benchmarks measuring the impact of programs KPI’s.
- Align market strategy with brand communication and roll-it out across the marketing channels.
- Lead creative and content team to define brand guidelines across all customer touch points.
- Liaison with Digital Marketing vendor and other outside consultants.

- Plan, prepare and execute all advertising programs that are in-line with directives and goals of president and vice president, translating brand image appropriately.
- Facilitate all branding projects in order to maintain appropriate image and brand messaging.
- Organize and create consistent message with branding, including advertising materials, press materials, event materials, stationary, etc.
- Working with founders to manage and control brand messaging: provide support and guidance as necessary to your team.
- Oversee e-commerce activities including strategic planning, marketing, and promotional program.
- Drive increased traffic conversion in partnership with e-commerce manager.
- Develop digital partnerships that faster increase brand awareness and overall revenue.
