Job Description

Reporting to the Loyalty and Retention Manager, the Loyalty Associate Specialist will support key business objectives by driving and executing customer loyalty projects and assisting the continuous improvement of the loyalty program and other customer retention activities.

The primary mandate will be to collaborate cross-functionally to drive ROI positive projects that will encourage our clients to make repeat purchases, maintain customer dashboards, collaborate with other teams to optimize the customer journey, and support customer selection for exclusive perks. The ideal candidate will bring a culture of optimization via measurement and testing, considering different approaches in line with organizational values, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain daily operation of the loyalty program
  • Support planning, development and deployment of loyalty projects to exceed sales targets while staying in line with business and brand values
  • Identify and develop new commercially valuable offers to be given to specific client segments
  • Create and analyze performance dashboards, identify optimization opportunities and communicate results
  • Create customer segments to support targeted marketing campaigns and/or specific customer needs
  • Support several teams in optimizing through testing the customer journey across touchpoints
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of key retention initiatives cross-functionally
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the Loyalty roadmap
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, strategies, and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field
  • Master’s degree, an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a data-driven role with a focus on CRM, retention programs, email programs, and/or web projects
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue growth expectations
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation and segment creation
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and statistical packages
