Reporting to the Loyalty and Retention Manager, the Loyalty Associate Specialist will support key business objectives by driving and executing customer loyalty projects and assisting the continuous improvement of the loyalty program and other customer retention activities.
The primary mandate will be to collaborate cross-functionally to drive ROI positive projects that will encourage our clients to make repeat purchases, maintain customer dashboards, collaborate with other teams to optimize the customer journey, and support customer selection for exclusive perks. The ideal candidate will bring a culture of optimization via measurement and testing, considering different approaches in line with organizational values, policies, and procedures.
