Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales performance indicators, analyze selling trends, manage and propose reorders
  • Monitor inventory including inter-store transfers and stock consolidations
  • Communicate and partner with Woman’s Divisional Manager on business strategies in order to achieve sales plan
  • Collaborate with Global Merchandising team on seasonal buying guidelines
  • Manage buying activities during the sales including selection, quantities, assortment by store
  • Weekly & monthly reporting
  • End of season merchandising reporting and analysis to improve the following season’s offering based on the North American needs
  • Evaluate and report on competitive market trends within the luxury environment

Travel Requirements

  • Store Visits to North American markets several times each year to understand the clientele, needs of each store and provide necessary product training
  • Travel to Milan for market

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel- Pivot Tables, V-Look Up, Power Point
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong knowledge of and ability to apply retail math concepts
  • Understanding of the buying and planning process
  • Background in Women’s Leather Goods or Accessories
