As Client Experience Leader you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a Service Desk team that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Focus on recruiting, training and development of top Customer Service Representative talent.
  • Provide day to day leadership to the customer service team.
  • Ensure customer service standards of excellence are demonstrated at service desk
  • Provide coaching support to ensure POS policy and procedure standards from entire store team
  • Support policy and procedures standards in line with our Brand Promise in ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer service experience
  • Provide recommendations to Senior Leadership on process improvements, and efficiency suggestions in systems and processes
  • Maintain efficiency and profitability through POS and inventory practices accuracy
  • Ensure all store maintenance issues and Facilities issues are resolved
  • Coordinate and support accurate and timely markdowns, and restyles
  • Collaborate with National Leader on Inventory Planning, Coordination and Execution at store level
  • Identify trending issues for resolution and complete LP Audits on causes for transaction errors
  • Ensure BOPIS admin responsibilities are completed as required. Support Ecommerce and IST Order Picking.
  • Support Administration of Advisor Onboarding, Training, and Termination
  • Program Administration and communication of Employee Packages and Associate Purchases, Sales Contests and Spiff
  • Ensure communication and proper administration of customer GWP
  • Training on how to monitor, manage and process expired deferred sales, holds
  • Liaise with internal or external partners on various initiatives and projects
