Job Description

Lead and manage the company’s marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and profitability goals. Support brands licensees in marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure development and implementation of cohesive, innovative marketing programs adherence to brand guidelines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following:

Marketing

  • Create innovative programs to contribute to 360 marketing initiatives and monitor effective benchmarks measuring the impact of programs KPI’s.
  • Align market strategy with brand communication and roll-it out across the marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and content team to define brand guidelines across all customer touch points.

Media Management Plan

  • Prepare and execute all annual advertising programs that are in-line with directives and goals of president and vice president, translating brand image appropriately.
  • Research and prepare suggestions for creative agency: photographers, models, locations, etc.
  • Manage shooting schedule and prepare all parties in order to have a timely completion.
  • Facilitate all branding projects for house in order to maintain appropriate image and brand messaging: Organize and create consistent message with branding, including advertising materials, press materials, event materials, stationary, etc.
  • Manage and control brand filter: work closely with other units for brand image; provide support and guidance as necessary to ensure proper and consistent brand imaging.

Other Duties

  • License Management – Liaise with license partners to follow up on project execution, logistics, collaterals and sample management.
  • Partner with Retail to improve license sell through and increase business overall.
  • Continually analyze and identify opportunities to drive/grow the business in both existing and new categories.
  • Retail/CRM Marketing – Collaborate with company wide digital network to leverage assets, best practices and services.
  • Collaborate with commercial/retail team to build digital CRM tools as it relates to marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and create department budgets and project allocation forecasts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with organizations and charity groups to host in-store events and drive client prospecting and business growth.
  • Collaborate with retail on database analysis to complete reports for store level outreach, compliance and segmentation for targeted initiatives and marketing activation performance.

Events/Special Projects

  • Collaborate with commercial and retail sales team and art director to develop collateral and produce within budget and timeline.
  • Develop concepts and formats directly third party vendors and events partners; managing, such as florists, event producers, caterers, lighting designers to adhere to brand standards to achieve event goals.
  • Execute in-store retail/wholesale events to maximize company opportunity by managing event format, décor, branded collateral, invitations, and experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years experience in marketing, preferably in ready-to- wear or accessories luxury industry.
  • College Education required.
  • Strong communications skills, interpersonal and relationship building skills; able to work as a team, as well as handle projects on his/her own.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • CRM Software.
