As a General Manager you will be responsible for effectively building and leading store teams to achieve market and business objectives.  You will maintain ownership of company standards and brand integrity while maximizing sales and ensuring profitability.

You will operate in line with the brand’s Core Competencies and Values.  As General Manager you are a dynamic and inspiring leader who exhibits strong skills in relationship building with both clients and personnel. You are responsible for the overall recruitment, training and development of talent and performance management of their territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent to achieve company set store goals.
• Develop both short term and long term sales objectives for stores and ensure stores achieve budgets.
• Maximize sales potential by coaching employee behaviors.
• Regularly be in the market to network with and be aware of top talent at other retailers.
• Create consistency amongst stores to align best practices and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accountability with Store Managers to achieve sales, inventory and KPI goals.
• Maximize scheduling, recruiting and coaching skills to help store meet or exceed sales goals.
• Set goals and manage to expectations through clear communication of sales; operational procedures; performance standards; dress code and all other company policies and procedures.
• Focus on comp store growth, as well as new market exploration.
• Work with Training Manager to enhance experience culture in stores and to promote and develop training tools to enhance employee productivity, sales, and service levels.
• Have business acumen for reporting on both regional and global level.

Experience & Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-location role.
• Excellent attention to detail & accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
