Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with key functions, merchants, retail planning, logistics, operations, and inventory to drive optimization within channels, reducing carry over and increasing margin and turn.
• Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose timely and appropriate action. Actively manage Sku count, ensuring old/ obsolete product is allocated/sold through as communicated.
• Identify store trends and through analytics, build robust allocation plans to optimize sales opportunities
• Create effective working relationships with key retail partners, providing solutions in a concise and accurate format regarding stock availability issues.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Allocation, Store Planning, Retail Planning, Merchandise Planning preferred
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Must possess advanced Excel Skills and technical proficiency
• Must have strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast paced, lean environment
