Job Description

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Senior Manager of Acquisition Marketing, to join the E-commerce Team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters. Marc Jacobs International is part of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (Lvmh) fashion division and operates in the wholesale and direct to consumer retail markets.

This individual is accelerating ecommerce growth by driving quality new customer traffic & conversions across all paid media channels (Search, Social, Affiliates) while ensuring profitability and long-term customer value. Leveraging product knowledge & marketing calendars, this individual will develop testing roadmaps & Kpi monitoring. They will also look for new and creative ways to test messaging that drives conversions and engagement, while keeping a close eye on key performance costs, like Cpa, Roi, Ltv, and Repeat Purchase Rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth across marketing acquisition channels, through hands-on efforts and management of any external vendors, with a focus on meeting goals for revenue, Roas, customer demographics, and long-term value
  • Delve into data to develop deep analytic insights & to pivot strategies to execute on those insights, while working in tandem with cross functional partners to build new activations and understandings
  • Collaborate productively with cross-functional teams inside and outside Marketing, especially with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, & Creative Services, to develop and execute a high-throughput high-impact data-centric testing plan
  • Review brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and ensure the brand image for acquisition marketing initiatives matches corporate goals and vision
  • Analyze customer behavior data to maximize the effectiveness of existing client acquisition initiatives and report results, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly basis to deliver sales, performance and profitability goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience with at least 3 years of related web marketing/ecommerce business experience
  • Strong analytical skills & detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful self-starter with strong organizational & proactive problem solving skills
  • Must be a brand advocate and team player
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven & results-oriented environment
  • Prior experience with budgeting & Roi analysis
  • Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, analytics packages, and various multimedia technologies) with thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Highly proficient in Ms Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • In compliance with the Order of New York City’s Commissioner of Health and Mental Hygiene to Require Covid-19 Vaccination in the Workplace, candidates will need to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination by their first day of employment.
