Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager partners closely with leaders at all levels to source, attract and hire top talent in the most candidate-centric, innovative, and timely way. This position will lead best practice initiatives for Tiffany Americas Corporate Recruitment supporting internal and external talent operations and candidate experience. In addition to supporting the Director, Talent Acquisition on driving employment brand marketing and other best practices as it relates to the Americas, Talent Acquisition strategy.

This role will work closely with cross-functional partners, hiring managers, and key external partners as an ambassador for the Ta Americas Recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse recruitment environment. This is a manager level position that requires both strategic consultative support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, and allows for insight and relationship building across all levels. The successful candidate will possess, excellent problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders proven experience to deliver to tight deadlines and a proactive and approach at all times.

Responsibilities

Role  Accountabilities

  • Serves as an expert and advisor in conducting full cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to, verifying specifications of the job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and short-listing candidates, providing a high touch candidate experience to both active and passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Works with recruiters individually to support with building and developing creative recruitment strategies and solutions for all hard to fill Retail positions
  • Strong stakeholder management experience. Proven ability to mange at all levels in addition to providing a strategic partnership with all stakeholders regarding Talent Acquisition
  • Lead by example regarding Best Practice recruitment for Tiffany, Americas
  • Develop talent sourcing strategies & passive recruiting programs to effectively network and identify internal and external talent pipelines for relevant positions
  • Proactively provide diverse candidate pipelines, understanding diversity & belonging is at the core of recruitment
  • Leverage data analytics, insights, and external networking events better understand the external market as well any internal improvements needed to hire talent effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively use LinkedIn & LinkedIn recruiter to attract and maintain external relationships with potential candidates for Tiffany & Co.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or related Human Resources role, supporting a Retail organization
  • A customer-first mindset with proven ability to deliver an exceptional and high-touch candidate experience to both internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Creative, pro-active, and innovative approach to attracting top talent
  • Consistently striving for an all-inclusive approach to talent, to find & engage the best talent within the industry
  • Enthusiastic & passionate about luxury retail, its history, heritage, and craftsmanship
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
  • Highly collaborative with people with the ability to build relationships quickly
