As a Training Manager for our Louis Vuitton Academy, you will reinforce the embodiment of Louis Vuitton values through the creation, animation and facilitation of structured education programs that improve leadership and Ca development within the retail network.

Profile

In support of zone business objectives, the Training Manager is passionate about instructional design, content building and program journeys that ensure consistency in approach and equity in access to learning opportunities throughout the zone. Through this focus the Training Manager will ensure the necessary soft skills and build confidence to deliver service excellence through an elevated Client experience.

As a Training Manager for the Louis Vuitton Academy, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Lva zone Learning Team to define learning strategies, learning journeys, and annual programming offer (courses, frequency, location, etc.)
• Partnering with Lva learning team and subject matter experts to develop on-brand training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, virtual learning, and workshops to support the business objectives and overarching zone developmental needs
• Serving as a point person for content development, instructional design and animation within a key function area
• Leading full life-cycle execution of structured programs, such as conducting needs assessments, course enrollment, supervise and evaluate individual progress pre/post training
