The Administrative Assistant to the Top Seller supports sales activities and customer service in a fast paced department at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location. The role assists salespersons with fitting room setup, merchandising tasks, stock work and daily department maintenance while building positive relationships with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Perform stock work and merchandise transfers
• Re merchanidse displays and execute price markdowns
• Maintain department cleanliness and presentation
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
• Assist customers and help resolve concerns proactively

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
