Summary
Responsible for executing sales and training strategy across an assigned territory covering New York New Jersey and Pennsylvania with emphasis on Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom accounts. Role requires heavy travel within the territory and regular in-store engagement including trainings events and visual merchandising support. Position supports sales growth through relationship building with store personnel and retailer teams and includes occasional remote work one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through strategic call cycle and event planning
- Manage freelance and travel budgets to support territory activities
- Conduct in-store trainings at Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom in line with retailer expectations
- Plan and execute in-store events to meet sales productivity and MOB targets
- Collaborate with store management on visual placement and merchandising standards
- Develop relationships with Beauty Advisors store leadership district managers and department managers
- Train selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core categories
- Maintain regular communication with field team and retailer partners to identify opportunities
- Use company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of beauty industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to travel extensively within the territory and drive
- Ability to stand and walk continuously up to 7.5 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives
- Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite
- A proactive collaborative and results driven approach
