Asset Protection Coordinator - Christiana Mall

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator supports loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to protect company assets including property, fixtures, equipment, merchandise, supplies, money and employees. This role greets and screens visitors, monitors alarms and security equipment, logs deliveries, answers building calls and responds to incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff, including screening and confirming appointments
• Log truck and delivery information and communicate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention, safety and security with urgency
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise accountability and initiative
