Asset Protection Coordinator - West Coast Omni Center

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator supports loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, merchandise, equipment and employees. This role greets and screens visitors, monitors alarms and coordinates with warehouse and receiving teams while maintaining confidentiality and a calm demeanor in safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors professionally and respond to incidents with urgency
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log and validate information for trucks entering or leaving the building and communicate with receiving
• Assign or stage deliveries to doors as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
