Asset Protection Manager - Lenox Square

Louis Vuitton is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to join its team at Lenox Square. The role involves protecting company assets and enforcing strategies to combat shrink, while leading and developing the store team to optimize asset protection strategies across multiple locations.

• Protect company assets and enforce asset protection strategies.
• Deliver training on asset protection policies and procedures.
• Inform management of potential losses and implement standards to control loss.
• Maintain awareness of loss and strategies to control inventory.
• Develop relationships to drive business and motivate staff.
• Implement strategies to minimize losses due to theft and fraud.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Partner with management to address asset protection risks.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage security equipment and conduct theft investigations.

• 5-8 years of experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection/Management.
• Knowledge of security equipment like CCTV and alarm systems.
• Experience supervising multiple staff members.
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
• Experience in luxury or high-end retail environment preferred.
