Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and products
• Provide product information and directions within the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Prioritize multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency
• Perform continuous movement and physical tasks throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Demonstrated ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
