Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle refunds and exchanges
- Recruit and grow customer following through networking and social media
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong ability to connect with customers and resolve concerns
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to meet sales goals and interest in using technology for selling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
