Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses
- Recommend products based on customer beauty goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness
- Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Open new customer loyalty accounts to build customer following
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and beauty including makeup and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns
- Empathy and respect for customers during services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
