Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products and create personalized beauty solutions
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges and open customer reward accounts
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
