Manage a luxury beauty counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and creating a welcoming customer experience. Serve as both salesperson and educator, meeting individual and counter sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools and vendor collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new loyalty accounts
- Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge via trainings
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment and support teammates
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
