Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products and solutions
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open customer accounts
- Keep the beauty counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle concerns professionally
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales targets and interest in networking and technology for selling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Capable of continuous movement and physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
