Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
- Perform sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open customer accounts
- Create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience and support team collaboration
- Keep the beauty counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns professionally
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and aptitude for using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
