Summary

Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment, book appointments, and support beauty events and services at the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to meet customer beauty goals
• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate products
• Drive sales and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through abilities
• Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
