Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences focused on men's fragrances within a luxury department environment by engaging customers, performing makeup and skincare consultations, and driving in-store and digital sales. Maintain product and industry knowledge and contribute to a welcoming team atmosphere while meeting sales goals and supporting beauty events and services.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend fragrance and beauty products
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses when appropriate
- Drive sales through in-store interactions and digital tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department cleanliness and customer readiness
- Keep current with beauty trends and brand product knowledge through trainings
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer service skills with ability to connect and handle concerns
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Ability to multitask stay organized and follow through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred
